Alla mandorla
The most authentic almond-based Ricciarelli, prepared according to the ancient Sienese pastry tradition and packaged in the original transparent tray. The rich, delicate and deliscious Ricciarelli, born with the name “Morsetti” due to their similarity to marzipan morsels, were already present in the mid-1400s in occasion of the sumptuous Court banquets.
